CNC Programmer

Are you ready to bring your CNC programming skills to a company where quality and craftsmanship still matter? At WALCO Tool & Engineering, we specialize in high-precision manufacturing and believe great results come from skilled people working in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do :

  • Analyze detailed engineering drawings for material, heat treatment, and design elements
  • Create efficient, standardized programming documentation
  • Develop programming based on blueprint specifications and routing sheets
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure optimal performance and accuracy

What We're Looking for :

  • 3+ years CNC Programming experience
  • Experience with CAM software required; Surfcam preferred
  • Knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling applications
  • Veri-cut experience beneficial
  • Advanced blueprint reading skills
  • In depth knowledge of GD&T
  • Strong understanding of engineering documentation
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of G&M codes
  • Prior machining experience helpful
