Radiology Tech Multi-Modality at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington:

· Performs quality CT (willing to train CT) and diagnostic X-ray procedures accurately and in a timely manner.

· Administer IV’s and injects contrast within contrast procedure guidelines. Operates CT, X-ray equipment, C-ARMS, PACS, printing film, prepares exam room, equipment, supplies and medications.

· Provides patient services using imaging modalities.

· Practices proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed.

· Exams include CT cases, regular diagnostic cases and surgical radiology cases.

· We are willing to train for CT.

Qualifications

Education:

· Graduate of an AMA – approved school of Radiologic Technology

License:

· Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

· Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (TMB) as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) – General License

· Current BLS certification

Required Experience:

· MUST have C-ARM experience

· Two to five years' experience specific to CT/DIAG preferred.
