About The Role

As our first Product Lead, you'll work directly with the founders to shape the vision, strategy, and execution of Vooma's AI-powered products. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll reimagine how AI can transform logistics operations from the ground up. You'll be the driving force behind product decisions that will define the future of freight tech and set industry standards for AI integration in logistics workflows.

You're the right person for this role if you thrive in ambiguity, can translate complex customer problems into elegant product solutions, and are excited by the challenge of building something revolutionary that didn't exist before.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Working closely with the founders, customers, and broader team to design and drive the product roadmap that delivers measurable business outcomes
• Identifying and collaborating with designers to build frictionless user experiences for our AI-powered products
• Reimagining novel product experiences that leverage the latest in AI capabilities to solve real-world logistics problems
• Making difficult prioritization decisions to keep the team focused on highest-impact initiatives while acting as a productivity multiplier for engineering
• Conducting deep customer discovery to understand key KPIs and build experiences that regularly measure and communicate impact and progress to customers
• Building onboarding and activation experiences that tend toward self-serve with low operational overhead
• Creating a product culture obsessed with simplicity, user delight, and measurable customer value
