Head of Project Delivery (Renewables)

What You Can Expect

As the Head of Project Delivery you will provide strategic leadership for a rolling portfolio of projects proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Leading a team of two to five direct reports including Project Managers Field Managers Quality Managers Pre-Construction Managers and Commissioning Managersyou will set strategic directions and deliver tactical guidance to ensure scopes schedules and budgets are achieved and managed for success.

You will shape strategic project objectives and oversee execution from late-stage development through final pre-construction and construction. This includes contributing to pre-engineering and constructability reviews contractor pre-qualification to secure optimal project execution. Throughout you will ensure safety quality cost environmental landowner and legal requirements are met or exceeded while delivering on project goals.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for projects from late-stage development through the final development phase approximately 612 months before the start of construction
• Support the Pre-Construction Department by actively participating in the contracting RFP process for assigned projects through contract execution
• Manage integration between development and construction execution functions for committed projects
• Provide tactical leadership for the preparation and maintenance of detailed project execution strategies including contracting strategies construction plans schedules and budgets
• Ensure successful project execution by implementing construction management tools and best practices for each project
• Oversee the balance-of-plant process preparation of turbine installation bid documents and the Request for Proposal process and assist with the negotiation of construction contracts
• Provide leadership during construction activities ensuring safety quality schedule cost environmental landowner and other project requirements are met or exceeded

Salary Range : $225000 $325000 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
