ROLE DESCRIPTION : As an Account Representative for Laci Laird Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Outbound calling for Quotes Auto, Home, Life.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in sales preferred.

Compensation : $41,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
