A company is looking for a Construction Underwriter II to join their operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complete risk assessments including borrower, market, collateral, and construction
Prepare comprehensive credit memos summarizing all findings and recommend loan structures
Underwrite various loan types in accordance with company guidelines and analyze project feasibility
Required Qualifications
3+ years of underwriting experience in Multi-Unit and Multi-use residential construction
Familiarity with entity structures such as LLCs, Corporations, and Trusts
Experience with Loan Origination Systems is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Urban Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Risk Management is a plus
Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
