Our client, a leading provider of industrial and construction support services, is looking for a Crane Operator to join their team in Oxnard, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and ensuring efficient project flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cranes using levers, pedals, and controls to lift, swing, and lower loads with accuracy.
• Perform daily safety inspections and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Secure and position loads according to project requirements, ensuring stability with outriggers or blocks.
• Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals or radio instructions.
• Collaborate with contractors, planners, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete necessary documentation, including service reports and job tickets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in crane operation, inspection, or maintenance.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A or B, required for mobile crane operations.
• Ability to meet physical fitness standards, including vision, hearing, and coordination per ASME B30 standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay range: $35.00 – $39.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed.
