Clinical Pharmacy Manager Ambulatory Transplant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead outpatient solid organ transplant pharmacy services. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical program development, guide CDTM protocols, and provide advanced direct patient care to support exceptional outcomes for transplant recipients.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead strategic direction for the Solid Organ Transplant Clinical Pharmacy Program in alignment with institutional and regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical pharmacy services for kidney, liver, heart, and / or lung transplant programs.
• Maintain clinical guidelines, protocols, and CDTM agreements.

Work Schedule : M- F, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $152,000.00-$190,000.00
