• Assist in specimen acquisition and ensure samples are accurately prepared for testing procedures.

• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within one year of employment.
• Continuous maintenance of certification throughout the period of employment is required.
