As a Float Phlebotomist you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience.

• Pay Range : $21.73 - $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive : Additional $1.00 / hr plus mileage reimbursement

• QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM
• : Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Casual PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday hours vary between 7 : 00am - 5 : 30pm additional days / hours may be requested in this role which may include a Saturday rotation.

Work Location : 1950 Mountain View Ave. Longmont CO 80501

• Territory coverage will include Longmont Fort Collins Boulder Louisville Westminster and surrounding areas

Job Responsibilities :

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Collect specimens for drug screens paternity tests alcohol tests etc.

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred

Previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)

Must have a Valid Drivers License and good driving record

Must be at least 21 years old

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
