Qualifications

• Customer Service -Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients
• Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and providers.
• Confidentiality - Understanding HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy at all times

Responsibilities

• Verifying patient chart information is completed for schedule
• Entering patient data in electronic records
• Scheduling patient appointments as needed
• Check-in/Check-out patients
• Receiving and recording payments

Expected hours: 40 per week
