[job_card.job_description]???? Lead the engineering side of MPD well planning—hydraulics, tripping, displacements, cementing strategies, matrices, modeling & more. ???? Create and review all MPD procedures, P&IDs, simulations, and technical deliverables. ???? Work face-to-face with operators, rig teams, and engineering groups across the Permian. ???? Provide on-site and remote MPD support, troubleshooting, and real-time guidance. ???? Train crews on MPD tools, software, and best practices. ???? Support sales & business development efforts by ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. 3–5+ years in MPD or drilling engineering Strong understanding of hydraulics, wellbore pressure control & MPD systems Ability to travel locally for rig visits & operational support Motivated, customer-focused, and eager to help grow our market presence bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience) ????
