Forma Gym is looking for passionate, experienced and service driven Front Desk Associates to join our Front Desk Team.

AS A TEAM MEMBER OF FORMA GYM YOU WILL RECEIVE :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) :

  • Communicate and practice exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
  • Practice a clean and safe environment for staff and members.
  • Greeting and assisting members.
  • Cashier operations.
  • Answering phones.
  • Ensure that the club and exercise equipment are clean and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service.
  • Assist with special events.

    • DRIVERS of SUCCESS :

  • A heart committed to the service of others (minimum 1 year customer service experience required)
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skill
  • Organization skills & ability to multitask
  • A passion for the fitness Industry
  • Initiative / problem solver
  • Attitude of optimism & teamwork
  • Familiarity with GSuite
