Your Role: In this role you will deliver process mining and optimization projects using Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio. You will:

• Translate insights into actionable improvements across business functions.
• Lead process mining engagements using Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio.
• Scope and lead process analyses in line with organizations' business objectives.
• Analyze inefficiencies and recommend process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience: We would love to see a candidate with:

• 35 years in process improvement roles within consulting and/or industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Celonis, UiPath and/or SAP Signavio.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $67,500 - $127,510. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
