Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Business Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for a prestigious opportunity at a well-respected law firm in Orlando, FL . This is a chance to join a dynamic Business Litigation Practice Group , working alongside experienced partners on complex, high-stakes matters.

Position Overview

The selected candidate will collaborate with partners representing clients in a variety of industries, including :

Hospitality Companies

Real Estate Developers

Property Owners

General Contractors

Fortune 500 Companies

Key Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Conduct comprehensive legal research.

Support litigation strategy and case management.

Collaborate with attorneys on complex business disputes.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of business litigation experience .

Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school.

Exceptional legal research and persuasive writing skills.

Experience in Federal Litigation is required.

Federal Clerkship experience is highly preferred.

Active Florida Bar membership .

Strong organizational and time management skills.
