We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and IT solutions in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable systems that support business operations and technology initiatives.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and IT systems
Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and functionality
Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
Write clean, well-documented, and secure code following best practices
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of technical issues
Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment activities
Ensure compliance with organizational security, quality, and IT standards
Support system integration, upgrades, and maintenance efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3–6 years of professional IT or software development experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, PHP)
Experience with databases, APIs, and system integrations
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization technologies
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and secure coding standards
Experience with enterprise systems or large-scale applications
