This position supports the Preschool Director in running a successful school by retaining families and enrolling new families while maintaining a positive team environment. Our ideal candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills be a team player problem solver and dedicated to supporting our mission and branding of providing a global education for children of all ages. This candidate will be eager to learn from management and able to assume assigned duties.

As an Associate Director you will :
Requirements :
Must have a minimum of CDA or TCC completed.
Able to complete all licensing requirements as indicated by the state in which the school resides
Active communicator with the ability to help clearly articulate the progress of children within the center to parents and families.
Knowledgeable on CMS and other customer facing systems.
Ability to learn quickly and help with billing or other government programs.
