Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and analytics sector, is seeking a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Data Scientist / AI Engineer, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Data Scientist / AI Engineer

What's the Job?

Perform data analysis by applying statistical techniques to interpret datasets, identify patterns, form insights relevant to business questions, and predict outcomes.

Translate complex software architecture problems into high-level AI and analytics solutions.

Communicate findings through concise reports, charts, data visualizations, and storytelling to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Define and integrate key data sources (design-time and run-time API and Service analytics) to deliver predictive and generative AI models.

Model development-design, build, train, and validate predictive ML models and generative AI solutions using Python, R, and SQL.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data preparation, querying, and model development.

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.

Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

Experience with vector databases like Vertex AI Vector Search or Cloud SQL.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a rigorous problem-solving approach.
