Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative leadership and marketing teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary traffic controller for all incoming creative projects and maintain project schedules.
• Act as the central point of contact between design teams and stakeholders, providing status updates.
• Continuously evaluate and refine creative workflow processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Creative Services Project Management or similar operational roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects across creative disciplines including graphic design and video production.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in project management software such as Wrike, Asana, or Jira.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
