A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead their development team and enhance engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team while recruiting and retaining talent
Partner with Product leadership to translate the product roadmap into engineering deliverables and manage sprint planning
Establish code quality standards and implement engineering best practices for system design and performance optimization
Required Qualifications
8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
Proven experience scaling engineering teams and managing managers
Demonstrated success in delivering complex SaaS products in fast-paced environments
Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure
Experience implementing engineering processes and collaborating with Product teams
