Join a dedicated care team providing primary care to employees of local companies at an onsite health center. This is a locum tenens opportunity.

Key Details :

Setting : Employee wellness and primary care

Patient Volume : 7 10 patients per day

Ages Seen : 2+

Travel : Mileage and lodging is covered

Support : Collaborative team including physician and nursing staff

Interview : Virtual with Medical Director

Requirements : Active IL license

Board Certification ABFM

Active BLS and DEA

Minimum 2

year of primary care experience
