Position: Sales Consultant

Job Description:

• Sell new and used vehicles, meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Write complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
• Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Conduct business ethically and professionally, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards and develop strategies to meet them.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
