• Practice is located 30 miles from Dayton, Ohio & 70 miles from both Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Position Details :
• Full-time, permanent
• Hospital employed position

• Join group of 13 cardiologists and 6 Nurse practitioners
• Primary call 1 : 11
• Main campus includes : inpatient / mother baby unit, inpatient and outpatient surgery
• Independent contractor model (1099)
• Epic EMR
• 14 Operating rooms
• Inpatient / Outpatient ASA with opportunity
• Surgery Center
• No neurosurgery
• No CRNAs or supervision
• The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks.
• 221 bed level 3 trauma center
• Hybrid compensation model with daily base rate and production component allowing for high income potential.
• There is income / vacation parity from day 1.
