We are looking to add a physician to one of our rural clinics & Critical Access Hospitals located just 1.5 hours from Sioux City, IA. This position will be in a traditional setting and will allow a physician to keep all your training in the ER, inpatient rounding, and clinic current.

Practice Details

• $350,000 Salary Plus Benefits and 401k With Employer Match
• $100,000 Retention Bonus
• Group consists of 3 Advanced Practice Providers with Full Front and Back Office Support
• Average 2-4 inpatients / day
• Ancillary Services include laboratory, radiology, and ultrasound. All include therapy modalities
