Health In Balance Physical Therapy is looking for a part time physical therapist to join their energetic team in Mequon. A pelvic health PT is a plus for this position! This opportunity to work in a private practice setting that sees a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries offers incredible flexibility, independence and self management.  If scheduling one on one appointments with your patients in an established practice with an emphasis on providing quality, specialized physical therapy in a warm and caring environment, interests you, then this is the right position for you.

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
