Well established Clearwater manufacturer hiring for Manufacturing Supervisor.

Temp to Perm.

$30 + an hour depending on experience and if you have a degree in Engineering.

Hands on. Must have mechanical aptitude as you will be working with hand and power tools and using measuring tools.

1st shift.

Once hired on permanently, great benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401 k with match and a quarterly employee bonus.

On the production floor all day long, working alongside your team.

Will manage team of 3 -8 employees.

This is more technical than administrative and will not have a desk.

Need to be a hustler, a motivated leader and know that you will be working overtime.
