This is an ongoing, part-time opportunity that requires a long-term commitment of at least 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday during early mornings and midday, with occasional weekend hours during busier periods.

Maximum Pay

USD $17.00/Hr.

Your Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail locations to conduct store visits within your territory
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (e.g., TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, and phones)
• Occasionally collaborate with team members on larger projects, such as appliance or TV installations
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with in-store staff
• Promptly and accurately complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager
• Ensure timely reporting from your personal mobile device
• Follow the work schedule as outlined by BDS standards
• Receive materials at home or collect from FedEx for transport to retail locations as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Your Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in merchandising, customer service, or retail is a plus

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration with BDS and store personnel
• Technologically proficient with personal Android or Apple devices (smartphones/tablets) with GPS capabilities for uploading photos and reporting data
• Ownership of a basic toolkit (BDS provides reimbursement after the probationary period)
• A basic toolkit includes: a multi-screwdriver, torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrenches, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy-off cleaner, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, and goo gone
• Able to complete paid BDS online training courses within the required timeline
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Availability and Logistics

• Flexible availability required Monday through Friday, early morning to midday, with some weekends
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary for company travel
• Eligible to travel up to a 60-mile radius within designated markets (BDS covers drive time and mileage between stores)

Physical Requirements:

The demands outlined below reflect the physical ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities:

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, kneel, balance, and drive
• Regularly lift and carry over 40 pounds
• Climb ladders exceeding 10 feet
• Complete certification (both online and in-store) for the use of moving equipment, including Big Joe/Little Joey and forklifts, as needed
• Occasional travel may require flights or other transportation modes
