• What You Will Do Develop and maintain separate front-end (React, Tailwind) and back-end (Node.js, Express) applications Build, document, and maintain APIs to connect and streamline internal systems Work with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) for data storage, retrieval, and reporting Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Azure and GitHub Create and maintain internal dashboards and workflows, including applications built with low-code tools such as Retool Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to design solutions and contribute ideas for improving practices and workflows.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI tools and services into our applications and workflows.
• Contribute ideas for improving development practices, tools, and team workflows Our Tech Stack Our tech stack includes React, Tailwind, Vite, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Azure, GitHub, and occasional use of low-code tools such as Retool.
• What We Are Looking For 1–3 years of professional software development experience in a production environment (internships considered if they included significant production-level work) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, including server-side development using Node.js and Express Experience building front-end applications with React and Tailwind CSS Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL Experience with a major cloud platform (Azure preferred, AWS or Google Cloud also acceptable) Understanding of team development workflows (version control, CI/CD pipelines, collaborative tools) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why You’ll Like Working Here A team-oriented environment where your contributions are recognized and valued The chance to build applications that directly improve how our business operates Unlike many entry-level roles, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full stack — front-end, back-end, cloud, and databases — with opportunities to expand into new technologies as you grow.
