Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of a dynamic warehouse environment. This hands-on position supports all warehouse departments, including Value Added Assembly, Shipping, Receiving, and Order Pulling. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This role requires physical stamina, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Provide daily hands-on support for warehouse operations across all sub-departments
• Package customer orders according to order requests
• Rotate and train on each warehouse function (Receiving, Pulling, Shipping)
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to optimize workflow
• Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than one year of experience required
• Fast learner with willingness to improve
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Suite and warehouse scanning software)
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Experience:

• One to three years of warehouse-related experience

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Frequent use of computer systems
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for 99% of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
