Iberia Fashion is looking for a Fashion Technical Designer to help bring our Junior, Young Contemporary, and Missy styles to life from concept to production. This is a borderline entry level role (1+ year experience is enough) and a great opportunity to grow fast in a high-volume, fast paced wholesale environment.


What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain tech packs (measurements, construction details, callouts, trims, labeling, packaging notes)
  
  
• Draft clean technical flats and production ready specs
  
  
• Support fit process: prep fit comments, update specs, track revisions, and follow through to approvals
  
  
• Collaborate with design, production, and vendors on construction, grading, and quality expectations

• Assist with regular design tasks as needed (line support, mood boards, print/trims support)
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience in technical design and/or design (internships count if you can show real work)
  
  
• Strong Photoshop skills (flats, clean ups, presentation support)
  
  
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
  
  
• Familiar with technical design fundamentals: measurements, tolerances, construction, fit terminology
  
  
• Comfortable working across categories (denim, tops, dresses, bottoms, etc.)
  
  
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple styles at once
  
  
• Must be comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with wholesale/off price timelines
  
  
• Illustrator experience (bonus)
  
  
• Understanding of vendor communication and overseas production
