Tool & Die MakerLocation: Indianapolis, IN
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:45pm, overtime as needed
Pay: $25/hr+ Depending on experience
Type: Temp-to-HirePro Resources is currently seeking and experienced Tool & Die Maker for a long-standing metal manufacturing company in Indianapolis. This is a great long-term role with steady hours, strong long-term potential, and weekly pay. Job Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures
• Operate precision machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM)
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and tooling drawings
• Perform high-accuracy, fine-tolerance machining
• Troubleshoot and modify tooling to support production efficiency
• Verify tooling quality, fit, and function
• Maintain tooling logs and inventory documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

Schedule & Overtime:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:45pm
• Expected overtime: approximately 10 hours weekly
• Typical Saturday overtime: 4–5 hours

Requirements:

• Previous Tool & Die Maker experience required
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and complex tooling
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• HS Diploma or GED
• Felonies considered on a case-by-case basis with client approval
