Your Mission:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of residential restoration projects from start to finish

• Collaborate closely with Estimators and Restoration Project Managers to ensure jobs are executed with precision and care

• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and labor teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising quality

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and project managers and estimators

• Maintain strong communication with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional restoration process

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years of experience in a Restoration Production Manager role or similar within the residential restoration industry

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams effectively

• Knowledge of insurance restoration procedures, job costing, and project management software

• A proactive, leadership-first mindset—with the ability to adapt, lead, and inspire

• Commitment to collaborating with Estimators and project managers for successful project outcomes
