About the Business Development Team
The Business Development team at Coastal Windows & Exteriors operates as the bridge between our marketing efforts and sales team, focusing on generating new business through prospecting outbound opportunities, with the goal of bringing new customers into the Coastal family. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun, fast paced team that offers personalized training and allows you to expand your career opportunities.
This is a foundational position within the company, optimized to help you grow into more opportunities. BDRs consistently make a tangible impact in the Sales Development Organization by generating millions of dollars of new business each year. Our objective is to bring a positive, energetic attitude to all of our interactions and, while utilizing that positivity and energy, remind prospective clients that we offer the best solutions to their needs.
Job Responsibilities
Contact all daily leads and follow up with them in a timely manner, keeping up with expected cadence. (200+ calls daily)Manage current lead sources. Return all inquiries in a timely manner for proper credit.Confirm all leads with all necessary information needed to run appointments.Must meet daily and monthly lead goals and be required to notify management of leads for the following day as well as update the office calendar.Follow up on calls, text and email inquiries in a prompt, courteous manner, letting each customer know that they are our number one priority and communicate with the prospective customer and set an appointment.Educate : Understands home improvement products and pain points by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competition (training provided).Why Join the Business Development Team

$45,000-$70,000 year 1 on target earnings, with potential to earn more through attainable bonus structure.
