BECOMING ONE OF OUR LANDSCAPING CREW MEMBERS

You earn $18.00 - $22.00 / hour , based on experience. Year-round workers receive guaranteed pay in the winter, and we provide state-of-the-art equipment to help you out! Plus, we support earning licenses . That's all on top of our terrific benefits package that includes :

LANDSCAPING CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Typical working hours are from Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm .

Your role involves visiting residential and commercial properties to perform lawn care, clean-up, and landscape maintenance services. No two days are the same as you work closely with your team to cut grass, edge lawns, pull weeds, and perform other tasks. You closely document your services and make sure clients are fully satisfied. You use various lawn care equipment to get the job done right, and you maintain your tools to keep them in great working condition.
