Responsibilities

Full-stack development background and proven experience as a technical leader on Agile team(s) making architectural and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters, and leading system modifications.

Work closely with Product Owners, Team Leads, Business Analysts, and technical staff to understand / interpret business requirements, create and communicate technical specifications, and lead all aspects of technical planning and execution.

Has positive impact to specific organizational entities & understands nature of impact

Top contributor and often enables others to contribute as well

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expected to be able to work with a diverse workforce to communicate status, estimate / prioritize work, resolve issues, and provide effective technical direction.
