Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and process client orders, entering them into our database.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift
- Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Overtime based on production needs)
Pay:
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Technical computer skills. (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
- Adaptability to new processes, programs, and products.
