Job Description: Online Chat Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance answer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about financial products and services offered by FDR Financial Group.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues or requests.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers through online chat.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
