We are seeking a CNA's Or LPN to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Monitor patient and chart all tasks and patient condition throughout the day
• Be able to work independently
• Assist in the transport of patients and document appointments
• Provide companionship and basic care to patients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
