A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist II to join their support team in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Complete complex software project setups and modifications as required by the client
Answer incoming support calls and emails while managing client requests through ticketing systems
Provide training and ongoing support to new Implementation Specialists and assist with client meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of software implementation or project onboarding experience
Experience supporting accounting or business operations software
Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
