This company have a portfolio of data centers across North America with recent expansions into LATAM and EMEA also. Constructing an average 2 million square ft. of data center space each year, they continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and administration of all operations within Data Centers in the North of America
• Lead a team of site operations directors for each campus
• Responsible for ALL Key Performance indicators to executive team
• Maintain elite customer service standards for all customers, ensuring compliance with all customer lease agreements

Background Required

• Extensive experience within site operations/facilities management
• Proven experience working within the data center industry
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, facilities management or a related field
