A company is looking for a Loan Support Consultant - Special Loan Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate requests from external parties regarding defaulted loans and process complex Commercial Real Estate servicing requests
Ensure compliance with loan documents, accurately process transactions, and prepare management reports
Maintain accurate loan records, resolve payment discrepancies, and support special projects for process improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of related commercial loan servicing experience preferred
Ability to efficiently utilize commercial loan processing systems
Experience with PNC Commercial Real Estate Loan Processing Systems is a plus
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
