A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to engage with prospective members and facilitate their enrollment in cancer care support services.
Key Responsibilities
Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to educate prospective members about services and encourage enrollment
Build trusting relationships with members by understanding their goals and needs during their cancer journey
Conduct enrollment surveys, obtain consent, and escalate urgent member needs as necessary
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a healthcare front office, call center, or patient-facing role
Baseline knowledge of healthcare practices and policies
Comfort with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records
Ability to work in a quiet and secure remote environment
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is preferred
