Duties / Responsibilities
Participant Data & Compliance Focus - Primary responsibility for data integrity, attendance verification, module completion tracking, and stipend eligibility documentation. Ongoing monitoring of participant records to ensure compliance with program requirements. Youth Engagement & Events Focus - Primary responsibility for youth communication, participant support, orientation logistics, and event coordination. Support youth engagement before, during, and after program activities. Core Duties & Responsibilities (Shared) - Serve as day-to-day support for hundreds of youth participants, responding to inquiries related to participation, attendance, stipends, program requirements, and events. Maintain and manage large participant tracking databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy across attendance, eligibility, module completion, and payment status. Verify completion of required workforce readiness modules, certifications, and participation milestones tied to stipend eligibility. Cross-check attendance records, documentation, and participation data prior to stipend processing to reduce errors, delays, and compliance risks. Support stipend and payment coordination, including internal tracking, reconciliation, and preparation of required documentation. Assist with in-person and virtual events, including orientations, workshops, site placements, and program close-out activities. Coordinate closely with one another and the Program Manager to meet strict deadlines and respond quickly during high-volume periods. Provide hands-on youth support, troubleshooting issues related to onboarding, participation barriers, and required forms or documentation.
