[job_card.job_description]Ability to execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner. High school diploma or GED preferred. Willingness to work any shifts (days, nights and / or weekends). Certified to operate various equipment including but not limited to; stand up / sit down forklifts, stock chaser and / or cherry pickers as required according to OSHA standards. Knowledge, skill and ability to safely manage loads of heavy equipment, tires and / or pallets of parts. Ability to use computer systems and / or RF scanner to input and retrieve information. Basic math and computer skills required. High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others and promote a safe work environment. Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures. Experience with hand tools, including air driven tools. Ability to operate (or learn how to operate) overhead cranes. Experience with driving fork lifts and scissor lifts. Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal in English. Regularly sitting and / or standing on powered equipment. Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, turn, pivot, walk and / or stand for 8+ hours. A good sense of balance and coordination. Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights. Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet. Ability to work in varying temperatures depending upon the season both indoors and out. Ability to wear various PPE including fall protection harnesses, seat belt restraints and gloves. Performance of the duties of this job could expose the person to potential hazards including, noise, chemicals, paints, fuels, dust, heat, moving parts and operation of mechanical or electrical equipment. The position may require walking, standing, stooping and transporting materials or parts on a regular basis, up to OSHA limits.

BASIC PURPOSE & SCOPE
Safely, accurately, and efficiently complete final assembly of tractors to meet customer demand.
PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES
- Ensure daily inspections are completed for forklifts, overhead cranes, and all other equipment before use in assembly.
- Perform specific duties on the assembly line as assigned.
- Perform rework on units if / when needed.
- Check the quality of completed units and confirm they are equipped to customer's requests and submit completed checklists.
- Drive completed units to staging area.
- May oversee the return of recycled crates and tires to KBT
