Administrative Assistan

$15.00 - $16.00 an hour

Staffworks is seeking a results-oriented Administrative Assistant professional who wants to be part of a highly effective team.

Administrative Assistant t details :

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and support visitors
  • Ability to maintain budget spreadsheets, notifying speaker coordinator of approval, process check requests, and track expenditures.
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Administrative Assistant Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. associate's degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Strong computer skills Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Commitment to confidentiality and good judgment dealing with a wide range of information
  • Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, constantly changing demands
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines
