Description : Job Description

Responsible for shaping and executing on visual concepts, as well as offering creative input, for video and photographic content initiatives. This individual will work in partnership with audio and visual production teams across the firm and those of select vendors, to help produce and amplify content across the Firm's content channels. This role will focus on capturing executive visibility moments, high-profile internal and external events, and branded content that reflects the professionalism and prestige of the Brokerage brand. Building and maintaining repeatable and elevated production modalities will be key to success in this role, generating a steady flow of high-quality, industry-leading content, which may range from mini-docs to short-form social video and podcasts, among other audio, video and photographic formats.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording and video / photo / audio editing, whether in a media organization, production company, corporate team or as a freelancer. They should have an instinct for social content, as well as narrative, that balances the key priorities of business stakeholders with the need to attract a broad audience interested in insights on markets, economies and investment trends. They should be subject matter experts in the production process for digital audiences on multiple devices and platforms in an always-on and interconnected world. They must be comfortable and credible with senior leaders in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality video and photography assets that elevate executive visibility, including leadership interviews, firmwide town halls, speaking engagements, and media appearances.
• Cover major internal and external events, including conferences, sponsorship activations, and client experiences — from behind-the-scenes storytelling to polished recap videos.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on location and in studio environments, ensuring production quality meets firm standards.
• Lead post-production efforts, including video editing, motion graphics, photo retouching, and asset delivery across digital, social, and internal channels.
• Manage media asset organization, archiving, and metadata tagging in coordination with our digital asset management (DAM) system.
• Repurpose existing content (webinars, interviews, customer stories) into snackable social videos and supporting assets.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and tone in accordance with Brokerage brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, writers, and senior stakeholders to deliver work that aligns with brand and campaign strategy.
