Information Technology Administrative Assistant

About the Role

John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. is seeking an organized, detail?oriented IT Administrative Assistant to support key IT operations, including user access management, onboarding, purchasing, training coordination, and compliance activities. This role is critical in ensuring secure, efficient IT processes and a smooth technology experience for employees across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both administrative structure and hands?on involvement in IT processes, training, and cyber security initiatives.

This position is 4 days a week on-site in Elgin, IL.

This position is not open to candidates requiring sponsorship.

What Youll Do

User Access & Compliance (65%)

• Manage and process network and application access requests (add / change / remove).
• Coordinate SOX?404related IT audit requests.
• Lead semi?annual user access reviews for corporate systems.

IT Purchasing & Budget Support (15%)

Cyber Security Training & Awareness (10%)

IT Onboarding & End?User Support (10%)
