Scope : Inpatient / Outpatient

EMR : Athena / Cerner

Census : Adults

Requirements of the Physician Otolaryngology Locum role :

• CA state license; active, unrestricted. DEA.
• Temporary Privileges are available.
• Board certified - ENT
• Certification : Heart Stroke Certified
• Cases : 50 Case Logs in the past 24 months.
• CV must be formatted with MM / YYYY for all work w / all work and training.
