This is a hands-on warehouse role combining computer-based administrative work and physical floor work . The position supports daily shipping, warehouse, and quality operations in a fast-paced environment that is not fully climate controlled. Very little time is spent sitting; the role requires constant movement and physical activity.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative / Computer Work

  • Work within Oracle and transportation management systems
  • Update daily spreadsheets
  • Schedule carrier pickups
  • Perform UPS data entry
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail

Warehouse / Floor Work

  • Apply shipping documents and packing slips to outgoing shipments
  • Assist with quality checks as needed
  • Unbox copiers and parts
  • Prepare equipment to be rolled into the shop
  • Work in and out of trailers
  • Perform bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Team lifting required for items over 50 lbs
  • Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
  • Continuous walking and physical activity throughout the day

    • Requirements

  • Warehouse clerk or similar experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work the required schedule
  • Willingness to be cross-trained and support multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in areas that are not fully climate controlled
  • Training will be provided
