We are looking for a motivated and technically drivenEntry-Level Civil/Environmental Engineerto join our growing solid waste engineering team.

What Youll Do

In this role, youll gain hands-on experiencedesigning, permitting, and executing engineering projectsthat make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with senior engineers and designers on projects.
Assisting inAutoCAD Civil 3D designfor landfill and environmental projects.
Conducting field visits to support engineering design and construction oversight.
Preparing reports, calculations, and documentation for project deliverables.
Supporting project planning, investigations, surveys, and compliance assessments.
Participating in client meetings and learning how to manage projects from start to finish.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineeringfrom an ABET-accredited university.
0-3 years of experiencein engineering or a related field.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificationor the ability to obtain it (preferred).
Experience or coursework inAutoCAD Civil 3Dand engineering design.
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for environmental engineering and making a tangible impact.
